I have been working my way up the levels of veganism for 64 years now, with the goal of bringing it all to the ground. It began when vegans killed my father and kidnapped my sister. I began the infiltration and upon reaching level 3 sigma, I learned through meticulous research of vegan court record, that my sister had been sacrificed to the plants. This only added fuel to my vegan hatred fire and I continued to climb the vegan ladder. After I became a level 5 I learned that there were in fact two level 6 vegans, sort of like a Pope and an Antipope, they battle constantly and are the reason for everything wrong in this cruel world, including, ironically, animal cruelty. Much like the pope, when one level 6 passes away, a level 5 is elected among the other level 5’s to ascend to level 6 status, I was chosen and am preparing now for the journey to the metaphysical universe, I don’t know what will happen so I needed to tell my story in case the other level 6 triumphs and gains total control of the world. If all goes according to plan, I will soon be able to end veganism once and for all, I will avenge my father… and my sister… Good Lord….. the other level 6…. It’s….. my sister…

Vitamin b12 is honestly the only valid arguement against veganism in terms of health. However, the problem of b12 isn't exclusive to vegans and is rather a problem of modern society. B12 comes from microbs in the soil, which used to be readily available as super sanitized produce wasn't a thing back in the day. However, in modern life, b12 is no longer available in produce or animal feed. At least not naturally. This leaves non-vegans to have b12 supplements artificially put into the animal feed of the meat they eat and vegans needing to simply eat those same supplements outside of their food. So, in the end, it's the same. Also, the thing about veganism not being natural is so true. People just ate what they could back then. Sometimes that was a vegan diet in lush verdent areas and other times it was completely meat based in the more desolate areas. Usually though, it was mostly plants with opportunistic instances of meat through lucky hunting and traps

A quick wikipedia search says ur wrong, plants dont need and dont make vitamin b-12, however crops from cobalt-poor soil may not be sufficent for b-12 fermentation by the gut bacteria of animals who do make b-12. Also humans evolved as and still are predators, arguably of the apex kind. It is however very unlikely for a natural pre-historic diet to be wholy vegan as plants dont provide vitamin b-12 and the avaliability of minerals is certainly much worse in plants nor is it likely that humans would be fully carnivorous when omnivoury were possible. It is however clear that humans can survive on a fully carinvorous diet, a great example are the Inuit, who by consuming all parts of a seal acquire all neccessary nutrients. For health, the "most unhealthy food" is fully vegan, sugar is in fact made from plants. So get vegan racismd

And they have an incredibly weak effect in the quantities vegans eat them in. Something nobody ever seems to talk about is the fact that the hops in beer has a phytoestrogen about 50 times stronger than that in soy. Why does nobody talk about this, and yet everyone yaps about soy giving people man boobs (which it doesn't in normal quantites with normal people who are not hyper-responders)? It's simple. It's because people will grasp at anything to justify continuing to eat meat, but because they like alcohol, they don't talk about the fact beer has an estrogenic substance 50 times more potent.
