I remember McDonald’s having salads and then my daughter was in the hospital. They had a McDonald’s downstairs. We went to the McDonald’s. They did not have a salad or parfait yogurt oatmeal they didn’t have any of that and I’m like this is connected to a heart hospital how do you not have a salad?

McDonald’s really use to be delicious back in the day!!! (When I said it was good I mean when they use to have strawberry sundaes, giving away free treat-n-treat green or orange buckets). I use to get the southwest chicken salad and it hit the spot. I didn’t even realize that it was probably like 600-800 or more calories 😂. Mr. Charlie’s look so good but I’m here watching from Virginia, so I’ll have to make an entire road trip to get out there and try it.

✋🏽! I remember the salad, or more like a salad shaker cup. I also remember them doing a snack wrap, which was like a cut up Big Mac in a tortilla. Loved both! I wish they still offered that! That salad is looking very delicious❤. Eating tonight while watching is a PB&J sandwich with a fried banana side. In NOLA, so we in Hurricane aftermath tonight🤩

That all looks so GOOOOOOD!👏😵😍🤤👍 Have you guys ever tried the Morning Star Farms®️ brand plant based chicken* nuggets? For myself, they are 100% spot on in flavor and texture of what i remember eating(inhaling) in my pre-vegan life. They have both regular, and Buffalo Style nuggets. Reasonably priced too! I use them as a dup for KFC style chicken sandwiches, and they also are a great for the vegan version of a Filet O' Fish sandwich i make. I add crushed sheets of Nori to my homemade vegan Tarter sauce. It really satisfies my cravings for those animal based fast foods i was raised eating.

I wish we had this in TN. Burger King, Applebees, and Red Robin are in my area and have good vegan burgers, onion rings, and fries though. If you ask them to hook you up with some grilled onions and peppers on your burger, it's even better.

I love Mr.Charlies but yes its so much better when you eat it immediately. One time I got some omw home from a nail appointment and had a 2 hour bus and train ride back home. I was so excited to eat it but those fries were trash and old by then and the burgers okay. Next time I ate at the restaurant and it was so delicious. I wish it held up longer because I prefer eating at home.

@@GhettoVegans it’s good! I went to the Venice pop up. My favorite thing is the quesabirria hands down. The lions mane asada was a little too smoky tasting and the taquitos were a little bland and overpriced. Def get the quesabirria. Next time I’ll try the shakes.

I wish there were some in PA!!! I had a soft pretzel, Wicked's smores nice cream cone, and baby carrots in that oeder😂. I went to a local grocery store who had a plant based cookout earler and was very impressed with the amount of vegan products and supplies. Can you try to mimic these meals?!!!

We have a vegan burger joint here called Romeo's, they sell things like McDonald's too. The last time I went I believe they served me Beyond Meat I just hate that meat. They are like Slutty Vegan you could pick which one. I must have forgotten or they don't have the impossible anymore. The sad thing is when I buy impossible meat I either under-season or over-season and I just can't do it. I miss a good vegan burger. I'm like HD I like extra pickles on mine. I also like extra onions on mine too.
