For those unaware, there are frozen folded just eggs. Super convenient. Despite loving mcdonalds growing up, I've never had a mcgriddle or knew pancake buns or maple infused pancakes existed. This was wild. You saying at the end that it's like a breakfast plate in one sandwich made me realize all you needed was hash brown in there and it'd be complete. Good stuff

I haven’t been able to find impossible sausage yet. And I have been hunting. My favorite sausage combo Morningstar patties-NOT THE MAPLE- and lightlife sausage. I thaw the Morningstar then grind it in my food processor then mix them into the light life.

Wanted to offer a tip to any who buy Morning Star farms disk shaped breakfast sausage. If you've ever used these you'll lament the fact that they are way too small in diameter to fill up a normal english muffin or biscuit. I partially cook mine in a frying pan, but once its about halfway cooked I use a spatula to smash the patty like a smash burger to flatten it out and expand its diameter to normal egg sandwich size. I have not found any pre-made vegetarian breakfast sausage that fit on a normal english muffin, so I recommend smashing them down to fill out the sandwich.

Yes! I found a set on Amazon. They were 4 inches instead of 3.5 but got the job done. The set came with different shapes so I get to make Bear shaped McGriddles for the kids!
