1 Tsp Mushroom Oyster Sauce
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Brown Sugar
Tofu Seasoning:
1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder
A Pinch of Salt and Black Pepper
Sesame Oil, Salt, Cooked Sesame
Cucumber Sushi:
2 Cucumbers
6 Walnuts
1 Box of Nattō
120g Carrot
2 Cups Short-grain Rice
½ cup Glutinous Rice
Seasoning:
Sushi Vinegar
Wasabi
1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Water
Sea Salt
Riceless Sushi:
300g Purple Potato
300g Pumpkin
300g Potatoes
Other Ingredients:
Pickles , Cucumbers , Bell Peppers , Lettuce
Vegetarian Ham, Indonesian Tempeh, Firm Tofu, Okra, Carrot
Tempeh Seasoning:
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
4 Tbsp Water
Seasoning:
1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
Black Salt
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
Black Pepper and Salt
Vegetarian Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
2 Cups Rice
Zizania latifolia
Carrot
Cucumber
Cooked Sesame
Sesame Oil
4 Sheets Seaweed
Chickpea Sauce:
1/2 Cup Chickpeas
1.5 Tbsp Sesame Sauce
1 Tsp Peprika
1 Tsp Soy Sauce
80ml Water
Sea Salt
Sushi Vinegar:
½ cup (125ml) Brown Rice Vinegar
¼ cup Brown Sugar (about 50g)
2 Tsp Sea Salt
(Mix all ingredients and leave them aside for a few hours)
