Why the maca powder? Any thoughts about guar or any thickeners? Sites suggest pudding mix but vegan is too expensive! Thanks…

I try to use healthy ingredients, that is the goal of my channel to make healthy alternatives to conventional ice cream - there are plenty of vidoes on youtube showing you how to use pudding mix - I don't consider these healthy and do not wish to use them in my recipes. Being a Raw Chef my channel has been put together to create raw vegan ice creams, although some ingredients are not specifically raw. I use Macca powder as it has a lovely caramel flavour and is a SuperFood, this is an optional ingredient and the ice cream can be made without it. By the way Vegan is not expensive if you eat the correct unprocessed foods i.e. plenty of fruit and vegetables. I do not consume processed vegan food stuffs. Ann
