Today I’m going to be taking you along with me as I show you everything I eat today as a vegan who eats mostly whole food plant based!
Breakfast : Apple Cider Oatmeal
1 cup oats
1/2 cup apple cider
1/2 soymilk
1 tbsp flax seeds ground
2 tbsp PB2 Pure
honey crisp apple diced
cinnamon to taste
handful of blueberries
a few walnuts
Snack : Golden Kiwi and decaf English Breakfast tea
Lunch : Harvest Salad Bowl
Romaine/cabbage/carrot/cucumber mix
maple herb roasted honey nut squash
air fried tofu
white quinoa
vegan “goat cheese”
honey crisp apple diced
pickled red cabbage
CAVA lemon herb tahini dressing
Snack : Peanut Butter Choc Chip Larabar
Dinner : Creamy Lemon Garlic Pasta
1 yellow onion diced
2 cloves of garlic
4 oz kitehill cream cheese
1 tbsp miso pasta
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
about 3/4 cup soymilk
1/4 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
red pepper flakes to taste
1 pack of chickpea protein pasta
1 can of cannellini beans
1 head of broccoli
a few handfuls of baby spinach
vegetable broth
juice of 1/2 a lemon
Beverage : Crisp Apple Olipop

Treeline cheese is amazing! And it’s low in saturated fat. The blueberry goat cheese is great too.

That treeline ‘goat’ cheese is beyond DELICIOUS. I cannot find it here so I order it directly from then online. All of the cheeses I have tried from them have been divine. I make a pesto (oil free - make my own) sliced tomato treeline ‘goat’ cheese pizza and even my non-vegan friends devour it! Enjoy your videos! Thank you!!

I really love treeline too! Everything I've had from them has been delicious. I just tried the ricotta and I'm going to order two more to make lasagna for the holidays.

@@kaylenetate9957i din’t really have a recipe lol. About an entire plant of basil - ha! Garlic, Nutritional yeast,toasted pine nuts, a touch of salt, and instead of the oil, I use the lemon. The amount of lemon will depend on the consistency you like. I think thats it. Hope that helps you!!

Great idea to use apple cider in oats. I make overnight oats every week as meal prep for my breakfast this week I am definitely going to add some apple cider!

Wonderful video as always with great yummy ideas . I soooo love the idea of the cider in the oatmeal as the liquid that’s great and can’t wait to try this. Creamy pasta looks so good too I need to make this soon .

What’re your thoughts on things like oatmeal, potatoes, and rice that may be mucus forming in the body? is a raw vegan diet something you’d be interested in? Love your channel, learning a lot. ♥️🙌🏽🙂

From my research through the years, the starches like potatoes, rice and oatmeal are absolutely healthy. If it wasn’t for the starches, I could probably do raw…but I do believe they are necessary for me to have a healthy rounded diet! Thanks for watching 😊

I’m very curious as to the mucusless diet and how people really do believe that starches like potatoes, oatmeal, and rice are very mucus forming. I’ve completely switched my diet to fully plant based, been juicing for about 3 months consistently every single day, mainly the lemon ginger blast so parsley, cilantro, kale, spinach, dandelion greens, turmeric, ginger, lemon, Granny Smiths or honeycrisps, cucumber, and celery. 2 32oz green juices in the morning with 3 32oz fresh pressed fruit juices in my day as well. I love this high vibrancy feeling, slowly transitioning to fully raw but that all comes in time. love the video, gained a lot of insight, blessings to you and may you find great abundance and blessings in all areas of your life chickpea chick. subscribed here♥️🙌🏽

Doesn’t the Apple Cider have a lot of sugar in it?

I only use half a cup which is half the serving size, comes out to about 10g sugar but all natural and no added sugars! I also don’t add any maple syrup or other sweetener so I’m not too worried about it 😋 Thanks for watching!!
