I love how you embrace all the different forms of "working out." I think that's so important--changing our mindset around what is/isn't exercise. I personally like to think of all movement as "work out," and really try to focus on moving more than a specific type of exercise. It helps me listen more to my body and what will make me feel good on a given day versus forcing myself to do something specific...

Yes I totally agree!! Changing my mindset around exercise really changed my life. Thanks for all the love you've been showing on the channel, it's very appreciated!! 💜

My yoga routine is pretty disorganized these days, but I will just kinda do a free flow whenever I feel like it. From time to time I also do follow along videos with Jessica Richburg! I would love to make a video on yoga someday :) thanks

Have you ever tried sweet avocado toast. Probably sounds weird to some people who haven't tried it but it's really not all that different than (vegan) cream cheese or nut butter in a sense. I would say that avocado is actually even more flavor neutral than those

I've never tried it, but I had a friend who used to make a sweet avocado dessert and it was delicious

Did you follow a yoga class on KZbin, or do you practice on you own (intuitively)? Would like to learn more about how you find inspiration for your meals, do you follow recipes or do you just prepare something with what you have lying around? You mentioned that you had a different relationship with food as well in the past. Would be interesting to hear more about this and what helped you to move in another direction.
@sydsly292 жыл бұрын
Hi! I usually just practice on my own but will occasionally follow a video. In this video, I was just moving intuitively. I rarely follow recipes, I kinda just use what I have like you said. I will definitely incorporate more about my struggles with food in a future video, thanks for the suggestion!!

Why is there a liquid vinegar and a heavy one??? Mine is liquid 💔🤔
@sydsly292 жыл бұрын
I was using a balsamic glaze so it's thicker and not as concentrated as a regular vinegar!

Thanks for sharing this, such a great episode! Indeed, intuitive eating is something everybody should learn more about. ♥ PS: Our latest MomTalks episode where Sarah Anzlovar, a registered dietitian and certified intuitive eating counselor, talks all about intuitive eating and why we should ditch the "mom diet culture".
