Skill in replicating recipes with skilled chefs should be a negligible factor, thus gordon did not make a good burger recipe for that burger

xXDwalongXx This is in no way on Gordons shoulders. I'll give you a different analogy then my friend. We bought a cookie made in a baking company. All their cookies are hand-made and they're well know for this. This cookie is a new recipie, made by the owner of this baking company. However the cookie that you bought, was raw in the middle, aka not in the oven for long enough, because a random empolyee took that batch of cookies out of the oven too early. Is it the owners fault that the cookie is raw in the middle? The answer is no. I get theres a tiny difference between Gordon's restaurant and my example, however the point is the exact same. Because an employee made a mistake (we all make mistakes), that dosen't mean that it's Gordon's fault.

Eskil Tester did you watch the whole video? He said there are good foods, but burgers are what pub and grills specialize in. And it's not just him other people have left reviews too. Honestly a lot of people including you in the comments are jumping to conclusions. There are better burgers that are cheaper than Gordon's place and tastes better. Money can mean better experiences and better quality but that's never a guarantee. I once ate at a place that served 27 dollar plate food. The eggs and sauce tasted nasty, there was no particular flavor that stood out. Everything blended together in the wrong way and with tax costed around 31 for 1 plate of food. So I had a shitty experience there but I've been to great expensive and cheap restaurants. So all in all cheap or pricey food is food and if it's shit it's shit.
