This was a big help, thank you In fact all I needed to do is take it off and flush it out with the hose and vacuum out all the lines to take out all the sludge.

Before doing this, take the screen, 12 screws plus 2 for the wash arm, and the plastic part below out, thoroughly clean any crud. Put it back together and try again. This fixed my OE error code the last 4 times this has happened. Maybe 15 minutes total, and no need to take the machine out of the cubby hole.

He said you turn the gray ring counterclockwise to tighten? Is this right?

Hahaha, so true! We inherited a full Samsung kitchen from our home's previous owners and are slowly having to replace each appliance with a better brand, after just a few years, they are THE WORST!!!

i never guessed to bypass the sensor, mine washed and it was pretty obvious my sensor was bad

Hook the two wires together and your dishwasher should work normally until you can replace the part.

@@vegasfordguy but wouldnt connecting the wires close the circuit indicating water in the system? I have the same issue, Delicate light blinking but washer does drain. Thinking about changing this part but trying to understand how it works. By the way, I checked resistance and its open, should it be? thanks

@orlandolopez4410 It's been a while since a made the video, all I remember is that connecting the wires together made the dishwasher work fine until I installed the new part.

You just blew my mind.. I’ve had this over flow problem for about a year. And just hand washed my dishes.. if I can bypass it… 😮 and eventually replace it. Will there be any consequences?

Everything will function if you bypass it. Only thing is if something else goes wrong you won't have the overflow protection which could cause it to overflow onto the floor. I bypassed mine, ordered the part and replaced it a couple of weeks later.
