That's an actual boxing technique, the forehead is the densest bone on in the human (& I assume Saiyan) body, so much so that punching it can potentially break your fist, so intentionally making your opponent punch you there is a pretty good defensive technique if you can get the timing down

This scene was so great. Vegeta is so happy to meet other Saiyans. He let his royal side show here, he taught him the ways of his people. Vegeta desperately wants to recapture his people's original culture I think. That is why he promised to wish back Universe 7's Sadala. So he could visit and bring back some aspect of Saiyan culture from before freeza.

@@ThatoneGuy-zd4rl Cabba transformed due to the dire situation he was in, his conscious thought that he was about to be killed by Vegeta who already screwed him over again and again, alongside Planet Sadala, his home planet and fatherland, and its inhabitants. It was a set-up but its execution was real enough to work, besides Cabba is the strongest U6 active Saiyan soldier in Sadala's military personel. Not to mention the U6 Saiyans are more evolved than their U7 counterpart.

@@icegangsta5161before you throw another tantrum. Let me explain. Regular super saiyan consisted of yellow hair dye, and an aura. Muscle growth wasn’t a thing until cell saga, and it was on the “enhanced” super saiyan forms, also vegeta in general for some reason. These forms were called bulky and unnecessary, and as such, are no longer used.

One of my favorite Vegeta scenes. He knows the best way to activate a Super Saiyan is through anger. Then he shows them there's something far beyond that and actually let's him witness the power first-hand so Cabba knows how far there is to go. It reminds me when roshi beat goku at his first tournament so he knew there were still much stronger opponents.

Nowadays it's all about cost cutting and doing things quickly. GT and DBZ were drawn and animated from there , nowadays it's all just computer sketching because it's cheaper We see this as well in movies like Transformers. The first Transformers in 2007 looks better than Spiderman no way home in terms of accuracy and visual effects. The first Transformers, Most of the sets were actually made and all the explosions for the most part were real. With new movies like no way home , the sets and even the suits are all CGI because it's cheaper and quicker... It's really sad to see honestly

Honestly, there is no way to just "teach" super saiyan. It's all but officially confirmed to be some kind of survival mechanism, like the adrenal rush you get from a car crash or animal attack. The only way to go super saiyan, is if there is no other way.
