Made a variation of this recipe Sunday night with all fresh ingredients = two inch pieces of mushrooms, yellow squash, zucchini, carrots, asparagus and sweet potatoes along with small chopped garlic, onions, parlsey and cilantro. I used a cup to measure equal amounts of each veggie and put them into the pan I was baking in to ensure they would fit. I covered and cooked the veggies until liquid appeared in the lid because I didn't want them mushy. I had a larger container of ricotta and just squeezed it in half and mixed in the egg and (1) 10 oz bag of fresh spinach. I mixed Classico Roasted Garlic, Four Cheese, and Vodka sauces. I don't like vinegar, but didn't taste the balsamic. Regular no bake noodles were good, but hard to break and fit into my pan. This is a great recipe that is easy to modify! Don't be afraid to experiment with your favorite veggies or spices. Try the sweet potatoes!

And Genius!😋😋😋😋 I am going dairy free and followed the recipe only because I had some frozen ricotta and some frozen cheese from before however I would love if you can make a recipe like this and more recipes vegan especially no dairy or eggs but this was very delicious

It's how she throw the raw egg shells with what ever left over egg white liquid across the room....I couldn't do that raw egg shells go stright to the trash. Anyway, lasagna looks good though.
