Vegetarian Pelau Recipe

Hey Hey Hey folks, Today I am sharing a vegetarian pelau.
What is Pelau? Pelau is a one pot cook up rice with pigeon peas and any meat of your choice. Generally chicken is used. Beef or shrimp can also be used. In this video I am making a Pelau without meat.

This looks good, but very high carb....can you make this with low carb vegetables and without the sugar......⁉️

You can be creative with this dish. You can also leave out the sugar and maybe use paprika powder and turmeric powder to give the rice a nice color
