Today I’m sharing with you a vegetarian western-style dish. These are two vegetarian hamburgers with different flavours🍔. One of the patty has a crispy crust, while the other is grilled. Both taste very unique. The vegetarian patties and burger buns I use are homemade. The hamburger bun is a non-kneading potato bread, which is soft, sweet, and healthy. The vegetarian patties are made of monkey head mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushroom legs, potatoes and chickpeas - the taste is more chewy, fragrant and delicious.
