Velma Halloween Special Review - Hell Never Ends

Velma by Mindy Kaling released an animated Scooby Doo Halloween special for HBO Max. After Velma season 2 everyone thought it was over with Velma dying to Scrappy Doo. How wrong they were, this time returning to try and resurrect Velma before she goes to hell. Is Velma Halloween Special worth watching?
