It's wild, it's absurd, but it's expected. We live in a society where forced envelopment isn't legally considered rape, where statutory rape victims who are not even 18 at the time of sentencing are sometimes ordered pay 18 years of child support to the woman who raped them, and every guy who was a victim of a woman and decided to come forward during #MeToo was shamed by feminists for doing so. So not surprised she admitted it and not surprised there were no legal or career consequences for her. I guess the guy avoided being made fun of for it because he was gay. Sure her doing that to a man she knew was gay definitely is worse but it also means most people won't shame him for not enjoying it in the way they would shame a straight man for not wanting to be kissed without consent in a professional setting.

Id just like to point out something about nux guessing the killer. He didn't guess mainly through evidence, but instead guessed by getting into the writer's head. He studied the everything about the writing until he could guess their next move no matter what happens. So far deep in their heads that he can guess the killer on a fucking whim. So in summery in order to find the killer. Velma had coincidently find the body near a popular make out spot, where no one else spotted the body. Velma trying to prove that it's not the ghost of a dead person, but the dead person themself that is killing again. So she could get attacked for no reason by her stepmom. Then Norville had to discover classified documents that were out in the open to figure out his grandmother is alive, and because the brains were dying at that moment. Recruited her to go and save the brains, but the grandmother without ever meeting Velma. Decided to use her to spy on the military who in order to sneak around the base, the general had to hit a missile with a hammer. Then after several episodes of messing around with it was revealed that her dad is a lawyer who works for the military and decided to reveal classified information. About a project in which the killer had to reveal themselves to velma.

I think one big issue (out of thousands) is that most of the voice actors don't really... act. Fred's actor does good, but just look at the start of the video when velma is like "oh no dont kill me!". She doesnt sound scared. At all. She just sounds like she's.. reading a script. It basically guarantees that any joke, no matter what, is going to absolutely fall flat. The single joke that i would find funny just dies because nobody (but Fred) actually has any emotion.

Fred and his dad are really the best characters. They tried to make Fred's dad out to be a money grubbing racist, but through out the entire show Fred's dad not only disproved that he was racist by having a relationship with an indian woman. He apologized when the news got involved but that didn't give her money for college.

The worst thing is, the reason why Velma even got another season in spite of the backlash is right here. People hate it, but to comment on it they have to watch it, and because of that the stream platform gains viewers (plus, there is people who somehow actually do like the show). Honestly, the best way to make Velma end is to not even talk about it when season 3 comes out.

I wached 13 minutes and I already saw that this show is pure trash. Why would anybody wach this when there are shows like Helluva boss and murder bots? (Also anime. Anime is the best!)
