that is really good hear about their customer support; all these bikes look basically the same, have the same parts, so it is really coming down to customer support being the determine factor.

Is that the regular frame or the large frame and how tall are you? Thanks

It's a regular frame. I'm 5'11". A user pointed out that the regular and large frames are the same size, but the seat post is longer on the large.

so i have an ebike from amazon with a big saddle and my sister husband got this ebike the other day and the saddle is more comfortable then my that is bigger. he also got a suspension seat post for free too witch made it more comfortable to ride.

The saddle is made with what technology? Did you read that from the press release?

Anything that doesn't have a pedal assisted mid drive unit cannot be called an e bike. That is a e motorbike with a motor on the wheel. POINT.

@@Scott_Vicious Yes, I'll tell you why this configuration of bike should never ever be considered an e-bike but an e-motorcycle or equivalent and why the bikes should not be recommended for the people who are looking for a true bike experience, but with an assist: - First of all, the motor is not for pedal assist, thereby more like a true motor independent from user input at the pedal level, and also why the US is getting f-up laws because of this type of $hit bike; - Secondly, the center of gravity of the bike changes drastically because of the weight of the motor at the bike wheel (a true disavantage); - Thirdly, it provides an unnatural feeling and could be run without any pedal whatsoever Mid drive pedal assist motor is the way to go. And if Bosch was the best overall until 1 year ago (Brose, Fazua, Yamaha and Shimano also had good solutions and in some case better), the new ruler is Pinion and their MGU. So, I know what I'm talking about, smart a$$. I have an Haibike with an Enduro frame and S-Pedelec (legally!) since 2017. I've overhauled its motor already once at the bearing level. These kinds of motors of this e-bike motorbikes, once faulty is trash. What you're gonna do? Source one at Bafang? It'll still be a motor on the wheel. Not to mention the stress it poses on the spokes of the rim, another disavantage. Technically, I can make any bike an e-bike with that motor. Good luck trying that on a mid-motor normal bike (Still possible, with Bafang, but the study and technicalities to do it are higher than just slapping a NO PEDAL ASSIST motor on the wheel). People recommending these types of bikes are just people that are either not well informed or don't know what else is out there. Not to mention they don't retain value like a true mid motor pedal assist bike. And also why these $hit bikes can be had starting at 500$, because u know... it's $hit. So sorry if I just f-up your expectations your wannabe e-bike (e-motorcycle, ROFL!)

Your rant was more evident of your personal insecurity and the need to lecture a complete stranger with your blatant superiority complex is extremely embarrassing. This is worse knowing your a grown man running your mouth like this. Regardless if your correct about whether is an e bike or not, you by your own actions, are an insecure, overly sensitive man child. It’s almost a guarantee your gonna run your mouth at me, yapping away about how I’m wrong, that’s cool, just proves me right anyways.
