Could see throw barb being pretty good at this because of leap, high health pool and natural resistances and considering how easily you can get insane spears from gambling with 300%+ physical. That's already essentially how you play a ssf barb, just stand at the gambler for ages.

Great content ! On the players 8 issue I find it shocking how few D2 players actually play single player ! To me it’s the most rewarding way to play. I did run a few characters through hardcore for the challenge, but using players 8 to fast level in early normal and majority of nightmare is a must! I only adjust players count in hell during end game farming when my characters are fully geared. Most people don’t even know about player count adjust or consistent maps because they’ve literally never done single player which is sad imo!

I've suggested a challenge run before to other players but none have done it. It was a skills only from gear and charms. No skill points put into the skill tree. I made it to Diablo on Normal but couldn't kill him. If you're up for it give it a try.

Take down Diablo with a bow socketed with emeralds or tals. You can dodge, damage him and stop him from healing. Throw in an item or charm that does cold damage and you'll even slow him too.

Why didn't you buy a wand with lower res charges? Other suggestions: use mind blast and cloak of shadow more often, use shock web on top of the traps (build is 20 to fire blast, shock web, charged bolt, lighting web, 1 death sentry, don't put any points in warrior nor master), use charged bolt on bosses, lower res wand on swap.

Ah. Yeah playing hardcore is a bit different than sc. You really don't need to change much but you've gotta get good at knowing when you can and can't go for it. Just keep dying is the best way to learn I'm afraid

It might be close to imbossible withouy any runeword but it's a big challange. Anyway you can try and check if it's possible, you would do a classic hell run anyway ;)

It should be possible if you gamble a weapon with open wounds or monsters cant heal. You can buy a wand with life tap. Personally, I would do an exception to use runes on weapons (no rw, still you would need to drop um rune)

Great video! Although if I could provide one piece of constructive criticism, slow down! Sometimes you talk fast or show things on screen without building the suspense like when gambling gear. We want to soak everything in! I know the average attention span is basically non existent, but I feel that you would garner more audience investment with a bit of suspense!
