Challenge run idea: play through on hardcore but you are not allowed to save and quit to avoid death or reroll enemies. Save and quit can be allowed after clearing an act and not moving out of town so you don't have to do it all in one sitting. As soon as you see an enemy in the next act you can't quit anymore.

I've recently started playing again for the first time in YEARS and started with a Javazon. Seeing you get a Titan's while just rolling through Act 3, while I've done countless runs with an absolute garbo yellow jav is rough. Streamer luck is a real thing.
