From Antonio Lauro's Cuatro Valses Venezolanos (Four Venezuelan Waltzes) for guitar, written in 1938-1940. The third waltz is nicknamed "Natalia," after Lauro's daughter.
Lauro's most famous compositions are those he wrote for the guitar, especially his many Valses venezolanos. A trained pianist, he switched to the guitar after hearing the great Paraguayan guitarist Agustín Barrios.

Oh what a treat! This is a great performance. Your guitar sounds great, crystal clear. This was one of the first songs I ever learned by ear when I was a kid. I used the version of Konrad Ragossnig. I'll try to find the link on KZbin and send it to you. Anyway, great video, and I look forward to the next one.

Sans pareille! Great tempo, regular, even, but expressive and not machine-like. Good intonation - most maestro grip so hard they bend the strings and lose tune on the fret pressure. This is all in tune. Not easily done. Good performance.
