Sorry for the short and awful video/thumbnail, but unfortunately I can't edit at the moment but I wanted to share these interactions. Edit: Boltcaster and the amulet didn't work in the same way so what I'm doing here with Boltcaster is not viable anymore. Artifact Lifestaff (Vengeance) applies to both weapons and we gain empower per tick of healing, so with VG orb + beacon we have enough, but u can put sacred ground on top and gain empower at an insane speed. Note: I'm running empowered on amulet so the LS empowers last for 14 sec because each empower stack has his own duration, I mean it do NOT refresh with each stack u get. * And don't take the voidblade dmg as reference because I'm running 0 dmg perk on it and not even a full tree, etc, just the basic things needed for testing. The most common option will probably be with heavy gloves for insane crit chance/leech (and need to be medium load for it) Other option that I would like to try is with the medium helmet and stack invigorated to avoid disease, because this build is pure leech and healing.

With bow u can use for example RoA (to stun) + jav (rend) + explo arrow, let them dodge and pen shot at empower cap :)

Just to check, its says "Lightning damage vs full health targets inflicts a 0.5s stun" does that mean both weapons? like a SnS with a lightning gem Leap Striking causes a stun with this equipped?

bis bis haha can't wait to check it out , sadly they made a PvE Set with elemental aversion + enchanted ward that will make HEavy even tankier against us especialy in war, but well we will see how it goes with that 1.5 sec :)
