Thanks for the vid champ, changing the zoom-sensitivity-settings made the zoomed rails much better and setting the game to fullscreen made it feel a lot smoother

wow i didn't know about that 3 frames below monitors refresh rate trick on g-sync. i had 144 fps cap, now have set it to 141, the difference is actually so insane, very smooth. Thanks mate for your content

9:55 ~ Like you said, you have a 3090, and could max this game easily, but for competitive response you have most set to low except for the high lighting. It will give best FPS flow. ;) 12:25 ~ Of course it has to be the Toaster! ;)

Raw input feels much more smoother than the old input we had in the game, so based by this everyone's aim got better as well.

@@vengeur Ah ok, I thought you meant by aiming style something like a certain technique, how to aim, like how you hold the mouse in your hand or aim with the arm/wrist/fingers etc or a certain mental process that you go through while aiming and that there was a general aiming strategy change because of the new responsiveness that came from the raw input. Sometimes I overinterpret things :D Actually I am interested in these things, if you run out of video ideas :)

How did you come up with that fov 111 value? I see some other good players also use it, what's the magic behind this number?

I think it is just a good compromise between having a good enough view of what’s in front of you and still feeling a good amount of speed

Yea i think the difference between 400 and 800dpi in input latency is 5ms, so i think he should switch to 800dpi

To be honest I he always been used to 400 dpi. But maybe I will give a try on 800/1600

well if he is QCON champ with 400dpi i guess there are so many other things with greater impact than playing with higher dpi, but if he decide to change it i hope he keep us updated

800 dpi has lower latency, there are some video’s on it
