I like this area better than the Cannaregio District from the last boat tour. This one is more lively and the buildings are better looking.

I hope to one day return to venice and europe as a whole, but with the covid restrictions i may never be able to travel freely again unless the world comes to it's senses and returns to normal. Your videos are wonderful for those of us who may never see these places. Any way you can narrate more in english and italian when pointing out places? Maybe point out more of the buildings of interest for us in english and italian . Thank you. It's my bad luck my husband finally gets four weeks of vacation a year and covid hits. we can't go where we want on vacation now that he finally has enough time off go do it, because of covid restrictions even in big cities in the usa two years into the pandemic. It's ridiculous. Something most of europe does right is give their people ample work life balance in holiday time a year. We struggle go get two weeks vacation a year in the USA. My husband had to work 15 years for the same company to get 4 weeks vacation a year. Money hungry companies in the usa don't treat employees right, and the government doesn't give a crap. Europeans even get ample post partum time to spend with your babies. Our women have to use their vacation time and short term disability to give birth and have three weeks with their babies before having to go back to work. Our husbands have to use vacation time to stay home with us too. So if you have a baby in the usa, you get no vacation time to actually vacation. you have to use it for your post partum. then, quit your job to stay home with your baby after two or three weeks or go back to work after two to three weeks of having your baby and leave your newborn in a publlic daycare.
