Vitamin B12 deficiency is for strict vegetarians..like vegans..still it can be managed by taking supplements and consuming cow based dairy products☺☺

@@haricharandr6830 90% indians suffer from B12 deficiency, they are not vegans. Tho we eat meat, it's still not enough to fill the requirement. Supplements are an alternative but you shouldn't completely depend on it. IMO if you're able to digest meat, you should eat it.
