Fantastic. Its an entirely new dish. If we grind the powder without frying coconut and adding a little ulatham paruppu , it's poricchu kuzhambu in Mysore style. Which kadai do you use sir, looks like a stainless steel one, but a black bottom. Pl tell.

Hi Chef ! Can you tell about Asafoetida, I found its available in brown powder(rice flour and asafoetida) and yellow one-(Brand name: Vandevi- ingrediants: turmeric, rice flour and 7% of asafoetida), which one is recommended. If I'm using yellow one, how many teaspoon should I use normally?
