Today this Mangalore bonda was the evening snack in my home. Came out very well. Crispy top and spongy inside.... Thank you bhat sir for this wonderful recipe. My mom used to do this when I was a kid but she forgot it. After a long time(abt 15 years) i made this dish in my home....
