Hello there!! I've been following you for a long time.. Also have tried your recipes. Which came out pretty well. Spl your இட்லி பொடி!! மெது வடை!! The tricks and nuances are extremely good. Never wrote a comment on your channel.. Today was exceptional as a child we came to india every year! My dad use to take me on the train mysore express or sadapthi! My love towards this chutney was internal!! At last may be after 25 years i know how to make this chutney!! I made இட்லி today and soaked it with chutney! Devine is the right word!! Brought many wonderful memories of my late அப்பா! 🙏 God bless you!

Today this Mangalore bonda was the evening snack in my home. Came out very well. Crispy top and spongy inside.... Thank you bhat sir for this wonderful recipe. My mom used to do this when I was a kid but she forgot it. After a long time(abt 15 years) i made this dish in my home.... (ஆனா ஒரு விஷயம்.... எண்ணையில் போட்ட அந்த மைதா குண்டனுங்க நெறய பேர் தானா திரும்பவே இல்ல நான் திருப்பி போட ட்ரை பண்ணினாலும் திரும்பலை சிலதுங்களை ரொம்ப கஷ்டப்பட்டு தான் திருப்பி போட்டு பொரிச்சேன்....பட் சாருக்கு மட்டும் தான் பயப்படும் போல....😁😁😁)

Its My favourite snack thank u and one of the most selling snack in Karnataka. One small change is we add tiny pieces of coconut in the bonda batter it will be crunchy and tasty while eating bondas🥰🥰🥰🥰

It is raining now. I made mangalore bonda with railway chutney. Both awesome. I tried this today only. I came to know this in Agopilam&Vijayawada bus stand. Thanks a lot.

Chef Oryza sativa is the scientific name for Rice. So as this oil is from Rice bran it's named Oryza oil. Neenga marketing panra maari irruku.
