Sir I am from BLR, i was trying to meet u in accord hotel where my daughter wedding reception held. As a fan and follower , I was failed and couldn't meet u at all. All my friends and relatives also said it. But my husband met U in d lift and said my wife is your fan u smiled and said u was urgently going for a meeting in d conference hall. Hi, venkatesh bhat, in my 50 years experience i found out one thing. It depends on thevessel also. Cast iron tawa is the best. Alloy metal tawa gives a different type. Venkala uruli gives a differrent t ype.

Your mention of Parklands hotel brought tears to my eyes. Exactly 50 years ago when we lived in Tnagar and I studied in RKM high school I ate lunch there. My father was a close friend of a tall fair man at the cash counter. When my brother died suddenly, my father arranged poor feeding for the students.on each anniversary of his death..only condition being they must be the poorest of the poor. Headmaster Shri Vaidyanathan ( RIP) used to bring them for lunch. There was a family room on the left as we enter. The boys sat on the floor and were served Parklands lunch with Jangiri ( my brother's favorite ) at the last item. We will never forget Parklands hotel. My eyes fill with tears when I remember those days. Parklands was a famous landmark, situated next to McRennett bakery.

Sir Mysore pak semma super. However I have few doubts 1. The measuring cup besan was not the same by weight. I took 250ml cup and measured besan and weighted it but it showed 96 grams. This was confusing but however I went by cup measure and ended with Amazing Mysorepak. Thank you Nd Happy Diwali 🎉
