Your receipes are good. When I make Aviyal when serving I will add thick curds because in summer the curds will become sour. I will do this dish for parties and if it's left over inspite of keeping in fridge it becomes sour. SO adding curds when serving is tastier. From Australia

அய்யா நான் சேலம் உணவகத்தில் 40 வருடங்களுக்கு முன் சாப்பிட்ட அவியல் போல இன்று 25.8.23 உமது vedio - வில்தான் பார்த்தேன். அவியல் செய்முறை தெரியாமல் நீண்டகாலம் அது என்ன வகை உணவு என்றே தெரியாமல் இருந்துவிட்டு.. சிலரை கேட்டு, தெரிந்து செய்தேன். ஆனால் உங்கள் செய்முறை ரெம்ப பிடித்திருந்தது. ரெம்ப நன்றி. மேலும் அடிக்கடி உங்கள் செய்முறையை நான் விரும்பி பார்ப்பேன்.

குக்கர்ல போட்டு காய்கறிகளை வேகவச்சி அதை வடிகட்டிட்டு சக்கைய சமைக்கிறதா?? கலர ரீட்டைன் பண்ணி அழகுக்காக சமைக்கிறதா?? இல்லை சத்துக்காக சமைக்கிறதா?? 2 ஸ்பூன் எண்ணை ஊற்றி எல்லா காய்கறிகளையும் போட்டு வதக்கி மூடி போட்டு வேக வைத்தால் 5-10 நிமிஷத்துல வெந்துவிடும்!!
