What’s the movie about?
The evolution story of Marvel’s most enigmatic, complex and badass character - Venom! Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy) is a broken man after he loses everything including his job and fiancée. Just when his life is at its lowest, he becomes host to an alien symbiote which results in extraordinary superpowers - transforming him into Venom. What an amazing quote. The fact that Venom changed purely because he had an actual heart and understanding of good humans like Eddie instead of the rest of his kind shows that he and Eddie are going to be a nearly unstoppable force. Yes, I know that Eddie was kind of a bastard to backstab his girlfriend for the data, but it eventually lead to the events we see now. Eddie is trying to correct his mistake, which meant that Venom would obviously support him all the way to take down Drake and Riot. Can't wait to see the third installment of Venom. I don't care what the critics say, this Venom is what we, the audience, needed. Brutal, adaptable but also compassionate.
