The reason carnage looks like that is cause he tasted Eddie's blood so Eddie's and venoms symbiote is in cletus casedys system that's why carnage is red and he can be shot through cause carnage is linked to casedys blood so I'm pretty sure that no one else can use carnage because carnage and cletus are the same person not 2 different people like venom and Eddie
