i baught one of these last year. the best money i ever spent. its quiet, beautiful, excellent. I should have bought one years before i did. I would not buy anything but a genuine Vent-A-Hood.

How do you back out the 1/8" hex set screw on the fans if they won't budge counterclockwise? Thanks...we love the hood otherwise.
