So true. Venus person seems like a ghost in your life. They have some nice feelings you can sence that, but they seem shallow and you cannot feel them quite well. So when they say they love you, it feels like they are not telling the truth

This one is unlike any other Venus overlay. There's a deep unconscious connection but there's a disconnect in actually showing love. Both sides have doubts about the other. I've had this and it sometimes felt like she still had access into my head years after it ended (I was the 12th H person). Both people need to be mature for it to work

Interesting analysis... I know 12 house stuff are guided by the universe not the ego, so in this dimension, the ego needs to go away in order to allow that love be possible in the real world...so destine to fail in most cases ( we are egocentric maniacs). But, even if it's destine to fail, I think is because most of us are not evolved enough to deal with our demons, to connect with our subconscious mind. Because if we were, I'm pretty sure this connection would be blissful for both and long lasting.

Adding on to what you said....the 12th house encounters is really about that --- learning to let go a part of the ego that no longer serves us; its a growing experience at a higher dimension that requires a lot of awareness.

So I’ve been talking to this guy for a year and a half and we both have this placement (my Venus is in his 12th and his in mine). I feel so called to explore the dynamics even though I don’t think we will be together, being with him feels soo good and I feel like I learn soo much about myself through my engagements with him! I question if it’s real or if we genuinely like each other, definitely question if the connection is real or not. But I know it is and there is a Bach and forth dynamic as well (I’ll leave him alone and then find myself missing him). I have this with someone I admire greatly, they're the venus, they also have Pluto in my 12th house conjunct my Libra ascendant. I also have my Sun, Neptune, Uranus, and Jupiter in their 12th house Aquarius. It's interesting indescribable love, like a son and or a mom or maybe loved ones I've known my whole life. But we could never be together. Sadly, I'm about 25 years they're Junior and they're married. Devastating for me, but yeah. They always seem extremely mysterious to me. Heather Alice Cyr Thank you for your awesome response! Yes those venus sq saturn issues have been showing up in a lot of my past relationships. I’ve pretty familiar with anything that runs deep in my subconscious (chiron and North node in 12H) as I’m a spiritual person myself and I’m working on self growth a lot. Update: The girl did drive up to my place out of the blue after 4 months of dead silence telling me that she missed me, so I think that this overlay does leave a deep imprint on both individuals

Who is the house person and who is the Venus person? In both western and vedic whole house systems, I have Venus, Mercury and Pluto in the 12th. Western 12th house in Scorpio and Vedic 12th house in Libra.

What are some aspects that could help bring longevity and perseverance to the relationship between these people? Only Saturn? In my case there are not any Saturn aspects between house person to Venus persons personal planets, and the Venus persons Saturn only conjuncts house persons Moon and North Node, but is that really enough? On the other hand there are a lot of Neptune and Uranus aspects to personal planets instead.

Saturn aspects can help for longevity. However, more importantly....before beginning.... we need to ask both individuals if this is something that they want ---- that is.... this 12th house, its a very spiritual - universal kind of love. The only way we know is if we look at the individuals charts to see if they value this kind of connection. Once we know that (if they have strong 12th house energy, heavy neptune/pisces chart, etc.) and if they do value this, then this is the first step to keeping this connection.

Thanks for sharing your personal information! But how about strong WATER house to each other in Synastry? He is Sun and Asc. Scorpio, I have Sun Gemini and Asc. Sagittarius., I am still trying to figure out what Karmic lessons we are going to have. I have Pluto, South node and Saturn in 12th house Scorpio, and his Venus 6 degrees conjunct my 2 degree Pluto, his Sun total conjunct my 23 degree Saturn. His Jupiter in my 8th house. My Sun and Mars in his 8th house, Jupiter in his 4th house, moon in his 12th house. There are couple times that I wanted to let him go, then when we start talking, I let my guard down again. And my feeling towards him is about understanding and forgiving, mostly acceptance for who he is. Indeed it is a spiritual feeling, which requires a lot of self development-meditative state. Yet a lot of doubt and feel weird too. :(

Hey thanks for replying! wow, there seems to be a strong 8th house connection between you too and also 12th house as well. His jupiter in your 8th house --- he can help you with your hidden issues. Since he is a scorpio ascendant, he actually likes the intensity of your sun and mars in his 8th house. However, like you said.... 'the doubt and feeling weird'.... that's the feeling when you have when your moon in his 12th house ---feels like mistrust. You will feel that way. Unless your own moon is in your own personal 12 house, this aspect is not easy. Learn from each other, the moments you share. Sometimes love is about letting go.

I’m not sure how he felt, but I can tell you my side of the story with having someone’s Venus in my 12th house. Me personally, I couldn’t feel the love of the Venus person for me. I would have a sense of distrust in how he felt about me because a part of me felt like he was trying to deceive me. I absolutely adore him, but I don’t feel that he reciprocated it no matter how many times he says he loves me. I believe this connection needs a constant level of reassurance from the Venus to the house person for it to work. But anyways as the house person, I love the Venus person, but I don’t feel the Venus person’s love for me (even if they do)

Hey, thanks for the comment. If their venus is afflicted negatively in their own horoscope, there is high possibly of manipulation (Esp if pluto is involved). Venus and mars compatibility shows initial sexual/intimate attraction/passion. Venus conj. Jupiter is fortunate, there will be a lot of optimisim and happiness. However, remember, at the end of the day, because their venus is in your 12 house...they still see you as a mystery and admire you. This is not really a good long term thing. You guys will be in your own world, but not sustainable in this practical world. Cherish what you guys have. Its a karmic placement I believe. You guys can learn from each other, there's a reason you two have met.

What I find strange is that my sister's Venus is in my 12th house, and she makes her admiration of me very clear. She constantly talks about my beauty, and brags about me to her friends. She is always being very affectionate trying to hug me or get my attention all the time. I don't actually get along with her well or like her very much to be honest, so I am not very affectionate to her at all....rarely. Deep down I care more than I appear to, but she wouldn't know that. So for me it is the reverse. Yet the guy I like has his Venus in my 12th too, and he shows zero interest whatsoever, which I take to mean he likely really doesn't care and isn't hiding anything....just all in my head. I just looked at the synastry between my sister and I again, and I've concluded that people are reading the house and planet energies in reverse. I know that sounds weird, but every single planet / house exchange between us only made sense when read that way.
