I am so incredibly impressed by you, and in absolute awe. You're amazing, and what you do is just beyond words. I've just found your channel and am now binge-watching all your videos. If I had a child I would be honored if you were their teacher. Thank you for being an awesome person, the world needs more of you. Much love.

I'm a very insecure Person. It's a real pain in my butt, it only needs someone at school who's giggeling and I automatically think they are laughing about me. I don't want that. I want to be able to trust and respect myself. But I just don't know how to do that. Are there any places, where women can go to get mentally and emotionally stronger?

I'm also looking for something similar for women. However the key is studying the Bible and being close to God. Then everything is OK, you begin to get stronger and lean on God

It's late here in Germany right now and actually I was about to go to sleep. But then I saw your comment and wanted to help. As I read out of your comment, you are female. I'm male. I was mobbed in school, in English "bullied" might be more correct maybe. Thing is, now with 34 I feel much stronger than back at the time. And I'm telling you this to convince you that YOU can do that as well. :) Thing is, it's less what happens around you, the giggling etc. It's more what you believe about yourself. From the very little information available to me about you, I assume you might think not too highly about yourself. Maybe your self-esteem is just around 1-4 out of 10. There lies the root, the cause and the solution for you. That's right, the solution is and will be _always_ within your grasp, so you can grab it and solve it. :) That's the good news. I recommend you to do good things to you, to take good care of you. I found that a regular sports activity got my spirits up. And my body as well, as I was building muscle. You could also do yoga or pilates, but at least regular stretching. Look for yoga stretching from Mady Morrison here in KZbin, 15min morning stretch. From there, I learned a lot. Why stretching? You will feel much better in your body and this way, day by day, week by week, month by month, the love you give to yourself will make your self-esteem grow. If you're into it, start martial arts or fitness training, to get & feel(!) stronger. Set goals, work for them and achieve them! This will make you feel great and happy. And then you will not care anymore about what other people _might_ think or say about you. So we took care of your body. Now let's talk about your spirits. Start writing a diary, daily please. Write down your thoughts, what you reflect on, what and how you wanna improve yourself. Whatever you feel like writing down, write it. There is no right or wrong. Whatever feels right, reflect on it and write it down. Day by day. And also day by day, find at least 5 things everyday that you consider a personal success for you. It doesn't matter if another person would consider it a success as well. It's just important that YOU are happy & proud of yourself for it. For me for example it's already a success if I went for my daily walk because I know how healthy movement, fresh air and sun are. So whatever feels right for you, it's your personal success and you write it down. In your diary/on your calendar/in some note book, where ever you want. But do it daily, at least 5 successes everyday. Why? You will train your mind on shifting focus towards what good things you do, how successful you already are, right in THIS moment! You already came a long way in your life, becoming the unique person you are today. There is no second AMii Redhead in this world. Just you. And in rarity, there is always value. So allow yourself to feel rare and valuable and like a self-conscious person already now. I know you're self-conscious because otherwise you wouldn't have written this comment here the way you did. Lastly, don't care what other people might think or say about you. The truth I can tell you from now 34 years of life experience is: Most people are scared themselves so much, that they are not able to care much about others. The simply are in no good position yet. Chances are, their self-doubts and insecurities are much higher than your's or mine. They just found a way to mask it by acting strong and bold. It's just another way dealing with it, but in the end they just mask it. And most people are 0% interested in what other people really do. So can you really put weight on their possible thoughts or words about you? If they actually don't care about you? In other words - Why should you even care about what they could think about you, when most people anyways just care about themselves? I found that I'm the one caring about myself the most and I'm also the one knowing myself best, as I'm nearer to myself and all my thoughts and all my secrets, than anyone of any other person. And I have a loving family and friends around me. But I know, that only I can know myself best because I reflect a lot and try to learn & get better a lot. So since I now know my own strengths and weaknesses and try to always be honest with myself, most people cannot harm me at all with their words because they can't tell me anything new about myself that I don't already know. Go ahead AMii, I encourage you to try out the things I gave you here, for me they helped a lot. I wish you nothing but the best in your journey, always keep good faith, good energy and love for life, animals, plants and humans. With these things, you'll always be strong from the inside. Also feel free to ask if you want to know further things or you wanna discuss what I said. I just wanna help, as I guess I know how you feel since I experienced it, too. And you know what? I live by the same rules I advised you to follow, so I will write "good deed" into my daily success list since I took the time and wrote you in order to help a fellow human out as good as I can. :) All the best to you, you will prevail! I promise.

Gute Nacht👋😄

Gute Nacht
