Thanks for sharing! Really liked that stat you shared at the beginning on how word choices can directly affect group outcomes. It is amazing how seemingly intangible actions can have very direct consequences.

Excellent video. As soon as a person I'm listening to starts making generalizations about large groups I immediately discount everything they've said to me. I find that a troubling mindset.

Those are great! Great to know and be aware of, that is! :) I can certainly see how all of them have been a factor in many situations. I especially liked the 10% increase in motivating language stat. Very interesting.
