@@VitaliiGrytsenko I sell townhomes here in Florida for the largest private developer in America. We don’t have such worries here . Now I am having second thoughts and very scary about my purchase when you say “I hope they deliver” . 200$ k is a lots of money to loose, they gave me a 50% discount on the retail price so I paid in full , but now I am not sure how real that is. Your advice please 🙏!
