What part of your life will be the hardest? Are teenage years the hardest years of your life or could it be the years afterwards? Is life in middle school hardest than life in high school? What stages of life will be the hardest for you? Maybe college?
No one can predict for certain what will be the hardest years of your life because no one knows what calamities might befall you. Nonetheless, there are plenty of studies that tell us most people face certain obstacles in life that all tend to happen at certain times. We are sure you’ve heard of the mid-life crisis, or perhaps teenage angst, or those trying times in early adulthood when people need to grow-up, get a job, and take responsibility for themselves. Then there are the vagaries of old age. The specter of debilitating arthritis, incurable diseases, knowing the Grim Reaper is checking Google Maps to find out how to get to your house. Today we’ll look at when most people face the most difficulties, in this episode of the Infographics Show, What will be the hardest years of your life?

Every stage of life has its' problems. I think it is designed that way so people never really figure out it is the system itself that screwed up. Youth (stress about school), young adult (shaky transition into work life), middle (stress about stagnant career), then you die and realize it was all for nothing. But it wasn't all for nothing. Someone else benefited from your lifetime of toil as a wage and debt slave. The best slave is the one that does not realize he is a slave. The best slave is the one that does not realize he is being exploited. That is why life is designed the way it is; to keep the slaves distracted marching from one disenchantment to the next so they never figure out what is being done to them. The truth is your are someone's slave and that is why all stages of life are set up to suck. It is designed to suck the life right out of you.

The hardest part is when you get out of school with your degrees and employers tell you, your not qualified because you don't have no work experience in the field of your study. It's even worser when your older and you have maby like 15-20 years of experience, then they will be like your over qualified for the position.

Teenage years can be so difficult because we are stuck in such a small world and thus bullying, lacking friends, having bad parents is all we know and we can easily lose hope. Leaving to college and into the real world will open our eyes to tons of possibilities. As I can relate to this, I will also say that if you do not have parents that are supporting you financially, you will have to carry the financial burden of possibly not having food to eat unless you are working two jobs plus being a full time student. So our problems may not be the same but they still can cause similar levels of stress and anxiety. It also depends of course on the person's individual experience and what happens to them that they do not have control over.

As a 25 year old this is surprisingly accurate. No part in life to this point has been easy, but you just need to focus and stay planted. Figure out what you want to do, but don't be afraid to venture out of what you chose for something else. I went to technical school in highschool for welding and worked at a weld shop for 6 years building myself up from the ground. I now work doing laser welding and tig under a microscope something I never imagined I would ever do. If you stay on track you will be amazed with the path you can make for yourself.

Well i was a grown up at the age of 20. My dad left me to fend for my self at 14. my mom beat me as a Child. Im now 30 in a month. At 21 i lived on 4USD a day for food and rent. Today i have a house, two cars, great job and a son. Yes my 20-29 was a up hill battle. I recomend that you spend your time do what you wanna do and not what others think you shold do. Get a job you love doing, thats where you spend most of your time. Be a person that gives not takes. Never forget that you are the only one that will not discapin you. Pls forgive my bad English😁

I don't know what it's like to be an adult, but I _am_ a teen and boy is life fun! Love being surrounded by judgemental classmates and having to live with an abusive family which ended up giving me depression along with the social anxiety I already have and so both life at school and home sucks, so I'm on the Internet 10 hours a day to keep myself sane and being expected to do adult things while not being an adult yet like getting a drivers license and a job without being taught a single thing about any of it in school; I was just 13 and people were asking me questions about my future like I should know where I will be in 10 years! Yes I am physically well, but am I mentally well? O ho ho I don't know, but life sure does like to give me my regular dose of mental breakdowns ever so often! I swear I'm fine. Life's great cause even if my mind is messed up, I have food to eat :D (not counting the days I starve myself to mess up my insides)
@KingDayDayDay00
@KingDayDayDay00 5 жыл бұрын
@@naritruwireve1381 went through the same thing. I stayed on the internet and played video games all day till the age of 19. It was so normal to me and I never went outside for friends... I didn't have real friends I felt.. they were just people I hung around with because I didn't want to be alone. They all turned into gang members. After getting a job after high school, I started to take more control of my life. I think that's the better thing about being an adult. You have more control of your life and learn how to trust yourself. You'll meet a lot of new people, friends, lovers, etc, you'll be more developed physically and mentally. Give it some time, look more into learning, a hobby, consider a trade school of you're not sure what you want to do, save money if you can and good luck.

Jason Bouphasavanh I strongly disagree. I was bullied through high school and felt the lowest ever. I hated school (although I was good at it). College sucked too but was alright. My early 20’s consisted on me moving to the big city and trying everything I wanted to try in order to find a great career and although I wasn’t quite sure who I was, it was much better than teenage years. Why did you go to college then? It's not like college debt and the probability that you won't land a job that pays you $200k a year at 23 are subjects that just arisen last month. Seems like college kids still don't get it.
@ej_matthewsart
@ej_matthewsart 3 жыл бұрын
@@broflo3875 tbh ultimately it was my decision to go but the idea that I wouldn't hold value without going to college stuck to me like glue when I was fresh outta hs. Constantly telling a kid "you won't have a good life if you don't go to college" Is a bit of a trap in itself, especially if said kid didn't have a financially stable upbringing and to go to college they had to take out loans. Another thing I would hear growing up is "oh everyone has student loans. Its normal to be in that debt." Really unfortunate. If I could do it again, I'd skip college and go to trade school then start my business but 🤷🏿‍♂️ what can ya do?

mr kontol This video made it seem like your life is going to be the most depressing thing ever at any age. If you graduated only a year ago you’re what now 19-20? Your REAL life doesn’t start until you’re around 21 you are still just a caterpillar getting ready to become a butterfly. You’re still growing everyday. Life is literally JUST starting for you. You can’t see into the future, you don’t know what exciting possibilities and adventures await you still. I’d like to hear how you’re doing right now. I’m curious was it as bad as this ducking video made it seem? I doubt it.

I'm 18, so in my late teens/early adulthood. For me, the ages of 12-16 were the hardest due to mental illness, bad parenting, being in foster care and dealing with abandonment issues due to two foster families giving me back to foster care. I used to drink a lot, almost every day, I had reckless behavior and I swore I wouldn't live to have my 18th birthday. I moved on my own at 16, just before turning 17. First 3-5 months were partying, spending recklessly and dropping out of art school. I got my act together around August last year, I budget, save, go to work, eat healthy and I take care of myself. I wish I had someone to tell me that it's okay to cut off toxicity from your life, to take some time before deciding what you want to study and that you should always save since set backs happen.

My late 20's have been the hardest. That's when I fell into the worst depression I could have ever imagined, I watched my friends leave, and die, and I felt responsible for it all. I realized that the world was beyond my control and no matter how hard I tried people were going to do whatever they wanted to do. The biggest lesson I have ever learned is that you are only responsible for yourself and the actions you take, everything else is what it was meant to be.

Im 20 years old. I moved my own ass out of my parents house earlier this year. Mostly by myself as far as money goes. Aside from people actually physcially helping me move furniture. I did it pretty much on my own. I've had a good, reliable job as a CNC operator, have had a girlfriend for over a year, a gorgeous apartment , pets, girlfriend just got a new car and I'm working on getting one soon too. I'd say being 20 is pretty damn easy so far. If it stays how it's been going at least. I have no debt whatsoever. I think I'm doing pretty good. Anyone my age whose struggling. Don't give up. My motivation was I didn't want to live at home, I want to be on my own. I don't want to be broke or homeless and I did just that by taking every opportunity I could to get where I am. I haven't even asked my parents for money. Not everyone is as fortunate as I have been as far as opportunities, jobs, and the area I'm in. Just don't give up. Bust your ass and you can do it. And yet I still goof off and have fun and relax. I have been little stress. And what I've been doing at home is playing the new Spyro Reignited Trilogy since it came out and having a blast 😁

In my personal experience, what makes certain years like high school and especially college tough is the fact that adults and society keep telling you "these are the best years of your life!". Yeah, if you had rich parents and got a bid for the top fraternity on campus, I often found that the social politics of college are ten times worse than high school if you go to a state flagship university. Life got way better for me after college, more open minded people that care more about what you do and who you are instead of what fraternity you are in.

You may not like it, but you'll learn stuff, and most importantly, you'll learn responsibility and stuff. 3. Also have hobbies, like sports, playing an instrument or some other form of art. It's fun of course, watching netflix and reading, but I guess in the future it will come in handy when you have skills! The good thing about my terrible life of Child abuse, lack of economic opportunity early on and kinda just starting in to my mid way through is that finally I love myself and I believe in myself for the first time ever, I went to therapy and I got better despite my doctor saying I was one of his most challenging patients ever. It does get better, I am starting to make a little money now and if I am smart now, I will turn that into a very successful business, I feel I have the drive and love and belief in myself to try now. Get some help if you are in a rutt and discover what it means in every sense and in every situation to learn to love yourself, it is true what they say after all, you need to learn to love yourself before you can love someone else. Find you, what you is take this time now to work on yourself.

My teenage years were far and above the worst years of my life. I was just old enough to be aware of how incredibly dysfunctional and abusive my parents were, but not old enough to do anything about it or strike out on my own. I'm 30 years old now, but if you had asked me at any point during my high school years, I would never have expected to live long enough to see it. My twenties were honestly not that great, despite being told that that is the prime of my life. At 30 I am mentally, emotionally, financially, and physically in a much better place than I have ever been in. Personally, I think my best years are still ahead of me.

Well How old are you? I used to also just go to School, go home, play videogames, sleep repeat, until i became 16, then it became more partying (weed n alcohol), after School sleeping, thinking about girls and as the years went on it became harder, you really do realise alot of the bad stuff that might have Happened or does happen to yourself and those you care about. It Also does depend on your social/economic status, are you priviliged and do you not have to care about money as your parents have a stable income, or do you as a teenager already have to worry about making money to simply support your expenses and your family. And while most people watching this might be alot better off than people from 3rd world countries, you simply Cannot do that comparison, because a person Can only relate to himself and those around him, not unknown people Who might have a shitty life but live in a whole different conitent.

Being a teen is also hard because adults look down at you like "Yah, they are again trying to get someone's attention by playing on depressed, misunderstood person." At least adults does not have to face it.

My story: Im 25 years old In one year 1. Divorced 2. A semi truck crashed into our car at a high speed when we were parked (the truck driver slept while driving) 3. I got internal brain bleeding, Traumatic Brain Injury, broken jaw, 5-7 broken bones across my face. 4. There are 9 levels of a coma, 1 is the worst level, and I was in a coma level 2. 5. Doctor said to my parents I may die or have permanent brain damage if I lived. 6. Lost more than half of my blood, what was left is my heart to stop but thankfully it didnt stop 7. Went through 6-7 surgerys 8. Had only 1 year to graduate and was studying abroad, but it was too risky to be far with my current health, so when I transfered my credit hours only 24 hrs from 78 were accepted. 9. Went through a deep depression 10. Till now I can't remember the day of the accident and have a weaker memory. Its like going to sleep and waking up in the hospital and you dont know what are you doing there with so much pain. 11. This was between 2016-2017 was 22 years old I never gave up, now I have 1 year left to graduate and getting better and better healthwise and psycoligacly Feel free to ask questions.

I turn 25 in a couple days, and am relieved by this video. I wasn’t expecting my 20s to be as...well depressing. Friends are off doing different things, and my high school sweetheart cheated and is gone too. But I have found a passion for EMS, and armed forces. This is time that should be used to develop a meaningful occupation, and true values.

Considering I'm only 31 years old I can't say too much but I do know that, compared to my peers, my twenties were a lot easier than most. My secret you will not agree with, what it is 100% accurate. I didn't party, I didn't go to college, I got married had a family and a good paying Blue Collar career. I'm now 31, still married to the same woman, with three kids, and a six-figure income. My wife does not have to work. Moral of the story, stop partying and start living.

*looks at every kid in his school* Welp. Everybody's trying to be the best in games or the most famous on social media. You gotta follow your heart, not others. When somebody bullies you, don't be afraid to fight back. If you know your body isn't strong enough to fight back, you're not the only one to handle the problem. There's others. If you're facing difficulties with exams, try not to stay up at night. Wake up early, get an apple, and just continue studying. If you have bad parents, there's your aunt/s. There's your uncle/s. There's many people that you can talk to. If you feel sad, you can talk to me. I always like helping people, and I can stand against anyone if I know that I didn't do the problem. If it's me, I have to face it. It's my fault. I have to face it, not let others defend me. Also, yeah if you done something wrong, got a low degree in an exam or hurt somebody by mistake, it's okay. We all make mistakes. Nobody is perfect. Nobody can ace everything in his life, and... I think I wrote too much...Didn't I? ...heh. Sometimes I think I'm the most different 12 year old. I don't know why. It's just a strange feeling to be different and feel mature and responsible even when you're this age... Welp. Guess this is the end of the comment. Goodbye bud. Hope you have a better day, life and future.

Positives of being a teenager 1. You don't have to pay bills 2. You have more time to live and fulfill your hobbies and develop your skills. 3. You don't have to work 24/7 4. You have more time to improve and develop yourself for the future Negatives of being a teenager 1. Your not taking seriously 2. Falling in love will be hard because of teenage pregnancy so you will have to control your emotions for years. 3. Strict rules and restrictions 4. You have to face parent pressure. 5. Hard making friends in high school. 6. Confusion 7. Having to worry about making wrong choices 8. A sh*tload of homework, tests, and ACTs that you will have to do in order to get a sheet of paper that says: congratulations, you graduated highschool. These are the positives and negatives of being a teenager for me. Number 2 and 3 are the worst. Tbh sometimes their are times when I wish that I could skip the teenage years. I know young means more time but still. Sometimes I hate being this young. I want to live a life full of adventure and fun ,but As a teen, I am not able to do that. Btw I am 16 years old about to turn 17 in 3 months. I can't celebrate Halloween, I can't go to parties, I can't hangout with my best friend name Tyler anymore, I have trouble making friends at school, and I have alot of trouble talking to my crush. I have alot of trouble dealing with my teenage life. What's worst is that I am also the youngest person in the family. I can go on and on about the things that I have to deal and struggle with as a teenager. The only things that are keeping me sane is enjoying the things that I love doing whether it's playing video games, doing Karate and so much more. I know young adult and adult years are probably hard too, maybe even harder, but You guys have no idea how hard being a teenager is for me. I am just seeking for a better and improved life for myself in school and life in general after the coronavirus outbreak ,and I will do anything to obtain that. So for you guys who are struggling right now... You are not alone. Btw sorry I made this so long.

I'm 32 and this is what I've learned. People will betray and disappoint you, nothing in life is easy and rarely works out how you think it will, hard work does pay off but the more you accumulate the more enemies and alone you will be, and most people are not your friend and can't be trusted. I've lived in four continents, 7 countries, been to war in the middle east, have two Masters degrees (an MBA and a technical Masters), and have risen from a family in poverty living on welfare with parents in jail for drugs to a high status job which pays well into the six figures per year. I can say from personal experience, your worst enemies will be family and lawyers. The more you earn the more you will be alone. Don't talk about what you have, don't invite people to your home (family included), and if you do things like missionary work or giving to the poor, you will suffer for your giving heart. I'm not saying don't do it only saying what has been my life experience. There are almost none good or worth helping in this world. Anyone you help will later stab you in the back. My best advice is to learn to be happy with God as your only friend; everyone else (family included) is not out for your best interest. Don't trust anyone no matter your age.

After suppressing my wish that I could strangle the piano player in the background, I thought about what part of my life was the difficult, and I came to the conclusion I can't identify any. However, I've always believed older people when I've heard them say "life is short", and now at almost 68 I'm glad I did.
