I was going to order the Xcover 6 pro from Amazon, but I read a review from someone who bought one this month, January, and he said he had to return the phone because Verizon would not support it. And yes, I called and asked a customer rep from Verizon and they said the phone is supported by Verizon for personal use. I specifically asked, for personal use, not for business. And Verizon rep said yes. What is going on here? Who's telling the truth? I need a phone now. I want the replaceable battery but am I stuck getting what they advertise only? I want to grandfather my old plan to new phone.

I own an Xcover6 pro. Of the first 6 times it has been dropped from 3 to 4 feet, 5 of those times the flimsy back flew off and the battery came out. There is no battery capture device on this phone and the poor nature with which the back is attached precludes this phone from being rugged.

I'm a net10 user, my service was with At&t. I'm a rugged phone, Verizon bought out net10 so I can no longer use my, phone think there choice of rugged phone Is just like that service sucks. And to add insult to injury they also own total wireless.Verizon bought out too. I'm looking to purchase another smartphone because I do construction, and also looking into finding another carrier.

I bought a sonim xp8 and took it to Verizon, they said it is not compatible with their network.

I have the KYOCERA Duraforce Pro 2. Have dropped it a million times! Rugged? YES! Camera sucks! Looking for the best rugged phone I can use on Verizon that actually has a great camera. What do I think? Well... I love Verizon in my area. However, they need to start supporting REAL rugged phones...
