Passive aggressive toxic work environment is unfortuately very common. Even blue collar workers deal with it not knowing why. As a Black Veteran, I can say I've ran into this kind of treatment over my 45 years working. I still treat and respect others despite these occurances to show I'm not a bad person. Sometimes it works... You go to work, do the job, get paid and go home. Everything else is extra...good and bad.
