Least count here is 0.05mm vernier scale no. Of divisions are 20 not 10 so 1/20=0.05.

Man he used small vernier caliper The units on the vernier scale are only 10mm not 50 mm So 1/10 = 0.1

after adding vernier scale reading with main scale reading, you have to multiply the reading by the least count, which is 0.1mm.
