Recently there has been a lot of hype and returning players for Cyberpunk 77. Meanwhile I was bummed out that the devs of that game said this was their last major update, they are moving on to a sequel. That triple A game, which sold over 20 million copies at $60 a pop, has been out for 2 years and 10 months, and they are done updating it. Thank goodness for indy games.

@@jimmysthoughts8571 I think the idea is that he needs a darker, damp environment to feel comfortable. He _can_ go outside but it's not good or pleasant for him, so once he finds the sewers or moves into your house (with increased humidity) he just stays there.

There is actually an unused warp totem in the game called "Warp Totem: Qi's Arena", with the description "Warp to Qi's Arena. Be prepared for a challenge!". I'm purely speculating here but the totem on the image could be this one, which would explain the color. Also would give a reason for a bow to be added to fight in the arena with. Maybe the quiver could be some kind of magical quiver which would give unlimited arrows, or more damage and you would obtain it by beating the arena.

Right now Joja late game is the same as community center route. Only difference is the movie theater is where the community center was, Sam and Shane keep working at Joja, and some of the villagers still go shopping at Joja. I still forget I went the Joja route this save and forget I can just go to Joja after five for seeds when I don’t make it to Pierre’s on time. Also Pierre has Wednesdays off. So he can actually spend some time with his family.

I think the farmer’s birthday should be a “festival” after year 3 and you’ve made friends with most of the town. You’d pick the corresponding season and day for your birthday, for example mines september 23rd so it would be fall 23.

Well, swamp farm is the most likely here in my opinion as well, since neither cave nor mine farm is necessary since the mining part is already well-provided with the existing mountain farm. The only other type of farm I can imagine is that the player can start with an island farm happens to be Ginger Island, except that becomes your starting location and you have to make your way to travel to Pelican Town overtime or something like that.

Here me out, you go to the mine cart and go to a new stop at the train stop. You do a quick harvest from your tree sap farm and then buy a train ticket to the new swamp area where you frolic with the froggies. Years later we talk about all the Haunted Chocolatier Easter eggs that were in the swamp.

One downside that could be interesting is if only a mangrove tree can grow there, so accessing other types of tree seeds is more challenging? It would be a big hindrance for new players, but experienced players could work around it

I thought the Amber was like Dinosaur Fish Roe, and youd get something like a Coelecanth for fish ponds. And the new Fish Machine is a Hatchery that turns roe into 1-3 fish. Which is how you hatch said eggs.

I assume the swampy stuff might be the new area. As for the farm, I feel like an 8 person jumbo farm ala Four Corners makes the most sense. However, to give it a theme as well, I liked what I saw on a comment on Reddit about a Terrace Farm idea. Why not both? Have the Terrace Farm be a massive mountain-esque farm with multiple layers. Basically super-size the Hilltop farm with some Beach and Lakeside inspiration. Water channels leading down terraced levels with a small quarry cave and some unfarmable areas of stone and grass.

i would LOVE to see a train station so we can actually ride the train that passes through the valley!! maybe that new npc would be an employee/a rider at the station? im also guessing thats his winter outfit, so Concerned Ape doesnt give too much away. olives would be really fun!! olive oil is the first thing that comes to mind but think of all the recipes! amber makes me hopeful for more dinos to farm in the future? bc we can already keep those little dinos with our chickens! but maybe thatd be more appropriate for another update. as a fishing enthusiast, that new item has me curious. a canning station would be fun, making artisinal canned salmon or anchovies would be cool. and you could age them in barrels, like wine. im hoping that the new area may be more urban/city like, or even Zuzu city? so many characters allude to it, and the only time we can "go" is in shane's 10-heart event. this would esp be cool if it ties in with the extra joja stuff in the end game!

The farm type for me im thinking of a huge fsrm for 8 players

It will probably be out by the end of the year/ beginning of next year, he is working on Haunted Chocolatier and probably wants to get back to working on that lol

I have an idea for a new type of farm. If it really is a swamp farm, then perhaps there will be some of the features and disadvantages like a beach farm. For example, on such a farm the plants will not need to be watered, or watered very rarely. Well, or the plants will not be affected by any fertilizers. Or they will simply grow slower by a day or two. And what do you think?

I really hope your right on the swamp farm. I've wanted to make a themed farm for awhile now, specifically a witch/spooky theme and this would be perfect.

between the warp totem, ticket, and new winter stuff I'm guessing we're getting a year round winter area. The farm could be unrelated and just for 8p support
