Excellent video! Caedus is tiers above Cade though, he only countered the weakest version of Krayt by abilities alone. I don't think certain ability effects would scale 100% to the user( I think they would just be above). Caedus just scales massively above Cade, by just having much higher stats than Cade all across the board.

Caedus was constantly depicted as a threat to a version of Luke than would honestly destroy Sidious,Vitiate,Nihilus and Vader at once Cade being a Skywalker is ofcourse powerful by default,even the weakest of the Skywalkers is above an average force user but he cant stand up to Caedus

8:36, well, the difference is that, while both could withstand a lot of punishment, Caedus was shown to literally shrug off even severe injuries and continue fighting without missing a beat. Cade IIRC never showed quite the same level of being such a tank. 14:18, no it's not. Caedus is solidly the better duelist and more well-rounded combatant. Yeah, I'm glad in the end, you didn't make it seem as evenly matched as you did earlier in the video; it's really quite one-sided in Caedus' favor. Perhaps Cade in his prime, about 10-20 years after the events of the Legacy comics, would be a better match for Caedus, but that's pure speculation.

Pre video I'm gonna back Cade. Caedus is good but against a strong improvisational fighter from the same bloodline I think his dueling skills will let him down. To my knowledge he is more of a compete with blade smack with the force, so when he can't force smack he goes down. Liked the video but I disagree. To my knowledge Caedus didn't win any of his top tier duels with his lightsaber, instead managing to hold off top tier duelists while managing to blind side them with his force abilities for the win. Cade was able to tussel with and eventually beat krate, who I see as one of the best duelists in sw. Personally I see the saber fight being close, but leaning Cade's way, caedus smacking him around with force, only for Cade to power through and take the duel with either a saber blow or a shatterpoint grab (I think the idea that a master form four stylist can't land a grab is abit dismissive especially as caedus is unfamiliar with the ability and as a capable martial artist isn't terrified of being grabbed) I see this as a 6/10 Cade the battered winner.

This fight was pretty one-sided to begin with. It would go just like Cade’s final battle with Krayt. But to be fair Terra has made some one-sided matches in the past like K’Kruhk vs Darth Krayt, Ulic Qel-Droma vs Luke Skywalker, and this one as well.

I feel like this a bit bias. I mean Caedus as powerful as he is, wouldn’t beat Case that easily. Cade don’t forget, defeated Darth Kryat on his own in their final duel. Kryat is more comparable to Sidious in terms of the force and his skills were the best of his time. Yet Cade still won. And Caedus having no knowledge of Cade’s Dark Transfer ability, wouldn’t be able to defend. I mean all Cade has to do and lock blades with Caedus and once he does, he has the opening. Once he gets his hands on Caedus, Caedus is done. He’s dead. Caedus would be confused at first but then would feel his body’s weak point being exploited and then he would die. Cade would have done that if they got close. Saying Caedus won’t let him is a bit of stretch as he wouldn’t know of Cade’s ability and Cade would surprise him.

Darth Krayt couldn't take Luke, and knew it, otherwise he would have tried. Darth Caedus couldn't quite either, but came close and had the nerve to try. Cade had a hard time with Krayt, was by no means in command of the fight at any point in any of their encounters, that he gained the upper hand, and that Krayt gave him the opening to do so like an idiot, was more a failing of the Dark Lord than an accomplishment of the drug addled Skywalker. That alone says to me Cade would probably lose pretty hard to Caedus. Imho anyways.

Darth Caedus is not even remotely “one of the best swordsman of all time”.... He is NOT on the same level as Sidious. He’s NEVER once been mentioned in the same tier as his Grandfather or Yoda or Sidious Tulak Hord and Dooku and Windu and the other apex level swordmasters. Never. He’s top 50 sure, probably top 30. But nowhere near the top 10. The 7 classic forms of the Jedi order weren’t even rediscovered until just before the Vong war. He was a 3 rings user to that point. He went on to become a form 6 user, along with the 3 rings. He’s not a Djem so power duelist. And Cade was just as good a swordsman as he was. He lived in an era of master duelists. One of the 4 main eras of swordmasters in Star Wars. First, the original Sith Lords era during the end of the 100 year darkness; next was the New Sith Wars, Bane’s era; and then the Prequel/Clone Wars era obviously, the era that produced the greatest swordmasters in history; and then late the Legacy era. Sith-imperial war to 3rd Jedi purge era. Cade faced off against Krayt & Talon, and was bros with Shado Vao, the son of the Grandmaster, and his own master was a good swordsman too; Cade is easily on the same level as Caedus as a swordsman. I would almost give him the edge in martial/dueling ability. But yeah Caedus gets the force ability edge, at least at that point in time for Cade, he may have surpassed him later on. But not that we saw. Either way, a fight between them could go either way. Caedus & Krayt are very comparable. Krayt is probably the superior swordsman to Caedus and they’re roughly equals in term of direct strength. But caedus has more well rounded abilities. But, if Cade can best Krayt at his peak; he can best Caedus too. I think you give Caedus too much credit against Cade.
