VERY BAD Al-Red traction elevator @ Yitzhak Sade Street in Bat Yam

we CLEARLY needed a better take for this one, last one in 2016 was awful.
this elevator motor is very bad, the elevator runs better than the last time though stops slightly bad.
the motor is original and it's the only original motor from the building complex, which has 4 entrances
the second modernization happened unplanned, due to top floors being on fire back in 2015
