First, that was a great project. I think I'll build something like this soon. Second, I appreciate the voice over. So many woodworkers on YT build things without narrative or captions. I never know what materials they are using, or exactly what they've done off camera. It's like they are showing off their skills. Thanks.

Enjoyed the video. Also enjoy watching your skill set improving with every new video. It's funny, but gluing up the mitred corners by using the flat bench top was eye opening, I have used the blue tape method since my woodworking journey began and using the flat bench top the way you did looked, well, new to me. Will give it a try on my next box project. Keep them coming.

Thank god you are using metric!

In the British SI system centimetres are not used, this was to avoid confusion when we changed from the imperial system of measurement. We use mm and metres when measuring in woodwork or engineering, There is then no need to include the decimal point, unless you are us in parts of a mm.

Well, I 'll tell you I was interested until you start talking centimeters.. I live in the UNITED STATES, we use inches and feet. So i am moving on and deleting this channel from my feed. Good luck with European viewers. Sorry.

What a shame you take that attitude. Do you know how many woodworking videos the rest of us watch that come out of UNITED STATES (not entirely sure why that was in caps) that are use feet and inches and, quite frankly other measurements that are only used in USA. The difference is, most of us are smart enough to be able to convert from your antiquated system to what the rest of the world uses. It's not that hard....

Hey, I live in Australia ( we use the metric system) & I have to listen to all your “Mercian” KZbinrs using imperial measurement. I don’t like imperial measurements, but if I like the video or channel I just convert measurements to metric, not hard. I think the USA has to get with the program, see the light & start using metric measurements. Trust me you’ll love it.
