Hi.. Actually the cake size is 9inch and 7inch but if looking for 50-60 people, I would suggest that make your cake in 10inch and 8inch, and around 5inch height.

Hi! My son is about to turn SIX and he wants a Batman cake. I’ve never made a cake like this, but I’m excited to take on this task (eeek!) I have a few questions. I am going to make my own Fondant. Is a 1X amount enough for this whole cake or do I need to double the recipe? How thin do you roll the fondant? And last, what is the most important tool I need for this? Thank you!

Hi, happy to help you. For this cake at least you need 2.5kg fondant to be able to cover every parts so just check you recipe. If you recipe x1 recipe will be only 1kg, then mixe for 2.5 recipe. For the thickness of cover you use 4mm thick and for the tools, you need; fondant roller, smoother and small knife. These are the essential tools for this cake.. Goodluck on your cake.
