Writing it down for my reference 1) Take small action everyday. Plan 1% of progress each and every day. 2) Writing down your habits and planning Replace your habit rather than stopping. E.g replace your morning coffee with black coffee without sugar 3) Identify where, who, no of times that habit is triggered and find the alternative habits to replace 4 tips to avoid bad habits Make it invisible (Stop stocking up junk foods) Make it unattractive Make it difficult (Avoid possibilities) Make it unsatisfactory Tips to build good habits: Make it visible (plan protein and fiber rich meals ahead) Make it attractive Make it easy Make it satisfactory - self appreciation, self motivation, Be patient and consistent and trust the process... - Ultimate goal is be fit and healthy - Should be a long term goal Thanks a lot doctor🙇🏽♀️
