I started Intermittent fasting on September 1 2023...Starting with 12:12 for 2 weeks..then continued 14:10 till now ..( december 11 2023 ) Day 1 : 93.95 kg Now after 3 months : 88.95 ...Lost 5 kg only with a IF ...no walk , no diet , Only cutted down coffee/tea/milk Going to include 10k daily and avoid junk foods , will update after 2 months 😊 Next update on : 26.2.2024 Today ( 28.2.24) checked my weight , it is 86.50 ...Lost 2.45 kg only in 2 months , bcoz followed only IF , walked 5k steps thrice a week , eating junk foods ( can't able to avoid completely ) ...This time have to follow seriously 😒 Totally lost 7.45 kg in 6 months 💪 Next update will be April 1st ( Target is 84 kg )

டாக்டர் சொல்வது உண்மை நான் பல வருடங்களாக உடல் எடையை குறைக்க பல விதமான உணவு முறைகளைப் பின்பற்றி வந்தேன். சப்பாத்தி மட்டுமே சாப்பிடுவேன் . ஜுஸ் மட்டுமே குடிப்பேன் ஆனால் முழுமையாக கடைப்பிடிக்க முடியாது. பிறகு டாக்டர் சொன்னது போல் காலை 9 மணி முதல் மாலை 6 மணி வரை உணவு எடுத்து கொள்கிறேன். முதலில் மிகவும் பசி எடுக்கும் பிறகு பழகி விடும். எனக்கு இரண்டு மாதங்களில் 5 கிலோ எடை குறைந்து உள்ளேன். நன்றி டாக்டர்🙏💕

எல்லாவிதமான சாப்பாடு ம் சாப்பிடலாம் 6 மணிக்கு பிறகு வேண்டாம் அடுத்த நாள் காலை 8 மணி முதல் உணவு சாப்பிட ஆரம்பிக்கலாம். முதலில் ரொம்ப கஷ்டம் பிறகு பழகி விடும். ஆனால் உடனே உடல் எடை குறையாது 2 மாதம் கழித்து பாருங்கள் கண்டிப்பாக பலன் கிடைக்கும். ஞாயிறு கிழமை மட்டும் நான் எனக்கு பிடித்த உணவாக இருந்தால் இரவு 8 மணிக்கு சாப்பிடுவேன்.

@@alexpandian5030 இன்று என் பக்கத்து வீட்டு அக்கா வை பார்க்க சென்றேன் அவர் 105 கிலோ எடை கொண்ட பெண் வயது 45 நான் பல முறை கூறி உள்ளேன் 6 மணிக்கு பிறகு சாப்பிட வேண்டுடாம் என்றும் உடல் எடை குறையும். அப்போது அவர் கேட்க வில்லை. போன வாரம் முதல் உடல் நிலை சரியில்லை டாக்டர் எடை குறைய சொல்லி உள்ளார் இன்று என்னிடம் எப்படி சாப்பிட வேண்டும் என்று கேட்டு உள்ளார். நமக்கு பிடித்த உணவை 6 மணிக்குள் சாப்பிட லாம். நம் காலம் இந்த பூமியில் இருக்கும் வரை . விசேஷ நாட்களில் இரவு சாப்பிட லாம்.

@@shantinatarajan114 just do 16:8 intermittent fasting. Avoid oily foods and sugar. Try to be in calorie deficit. Without any exercise you will start to loose 500gms a week and easily you can loose 2kgs in a month.

Doctor I started intermittent fasting by cutting off tea coffee from 4th April, eating time between 9am to 8 pm.. having light food at night show significant change in weight.. in 50 days my weight reduced 3.5 kgs..had overcome bloating problem, gas trouble, stress ..stomach circumference reduced by 3 inch. . Very informative sir. I am following intermittent fasting for past 5 months. I lost 12 kg. Now my BMI is normal. I have also cut down refined sugar, oil, maida by 90%. Low salt as well. Having only two meals a day aft 14 hr fast and aft 8 hrs. Nothing i have except water in between. No longer i have cravings or hunger pangs. Tummy have lost its sensitivity to feel overwhelmed with high calorie diet. I play 1 to 1.5 hours a day. I am 39 yrs old.

மக்களே.... உடனேயே ஆரம்பிங்க. டாக்டர் சொல்வது முற்றிலும் உண்மை. I was weighing 94.5 Kgs. Started this intermittent fasting on 14th July 2022. On 14th August 2022 my weight reduced to 92 Kgs. (2.5 Kgs in one month) குறையவே மாட்டேன்டா என்று பிடிவாதமாக இருந்த என் எடை......சூரியனைத் கண்ட பனி போல குறைய ஆரம்பிடிச்சுது. Now I'm sure to follow this method for the next 2 months. Also for my remaining life period. எனக்கு தெரிந்தவர்களுக்கெல்லாம் சொல்ல ஆரம்பித்துவிட்டேன். குண்டு உடம்புக் காரங்களே....இந்த சுலபமான முறைய மிஸ் பண்ணிடாதீங்க.... அப்புறம் வருத்த படுவீங்க.... Wow dr. Its nice to know a doctor can be this humorous and be clear in what and how to reach his patients demands , thank you ,felt so energetic and felt loosing weight is very easy for the first time. But me i am too conscious in eating, i have stopped white foods long time , drink plenty of water , but after listening to you , i felt i have to schedule my eating plan , also now my doctor told me i am not fat but my cells are getting swollen up due to some food, and need avoid it. Inflammation, so now i am on anti inflammatory diet, but sure will go for IF also . People think only because we eat more we become obese , but i know it is not true, please make a video on this and make them understand, all people obese is not because they eat too much.

I started following your channel by around 2nd week of May 2022 and apparently started with 12 hours of fasting ever since and I was ~83/84 kg's back then. And with practice, now I am almost doing 18 to 19 hours of fasting per day and my present empty stomach ( unladen ) weight in the morning(today) was 77.0 kg's. And Except for twice or thrice, I didn't even go for walking in this last 2 months :) This really works Magical. Now I am telling everyone that I know to try this method as well. Thanks a lot Dr.Pal :) PS: The only flip-side of this whole process is that my Hip size reduced from 36+ to 34+ and Now I need to go for one more set of new dresses that fits my latest measurements. :D

@@daredevl6657 breakfast and lunch alone. I start my first bite around 8.30 AM and lunch by around 12. A final coffee by 3.30 at the max. So approximately 16 to 18 hours of fasting on a daily basis. I keep cheating every 2 or 3 days once. But even during those cheat meals, a minimum of 12 to 13 hours fasting is taken care of religiously. So The weight is just being maintained plus or minus 0.5 to 1 kg in this 72 to 73ish range. I keep 74 as the USL and 71ish as the LSL. And when it comes to the craving for food, That is exactly the reason why I keep cheating every two or three days once :)

We live in Melbourne and due to my work nature and time to cook, I do eat twice a day. Lunch at 12-12-30pm and dinner at 7.30 -8pm. Haven’t seen much change, but feels comfortable and light.. it is just 2 months only and waiting to see results. So far the weight has been consistent!!

Hello doctor.i was 80 kgs .I never followed proper diet.but after seeing this video I followed intermittent fasting seriously..I started it on 10 th October..with in two months I lost 5 kgs..now I am 75 kgs..way more to go..this is all possible because of you . thank u so much.. intermittent fasting works me like a magic..thank u so much..still I have to lose 15 more kgs..I m very eager to update my wt loss ..thank u doc 🌷🎊🙏

I have already followed this and got a very good result . As he said initially it was very tough . I started directly with 8hours eating window .. so it was tough for me at the beginning. But later body adjusted in such a way that I can survive with 6 hours window. Please try and get good result .

Hi Dr pal. My hearty appreciation for these videos , especially your charity works. I recently was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis and developed SIRS ,had juandice ,mild kidney involvement. I was in hospital for 15 days and now am taking medicine for the same . I have HTN and hypothyroidism too. Can I follow this method along with my medications. Thanks for reading this message .
