My guess is that this was filmed over two different performances at a different camera angle for each performance and that he had his hands in different positions for each performance and the footage was stitched together to form this video.

Of course. It's a Yamaha. Screw Steinway! Although, the mic makes this piano sound like a Yamaha CP70 or CP80, electric pianos Yamaha introduced in 1978.

@@victoza9232 Yeah, I think this is a Yamaha Grand CFX. They sound very bright, metallic and crisp. Just perfect for this piece. Cost around 250,000 USD haha.

@@BrawndoQC Actually, the list price for a CFX is $179,999, but this is not at all what a CFX should sound like. A CFX sounds vastly better than this. The metallic sound in this video is more a factor of mic placement and mixing, and not the piano itself.

@@garymoeller892 yeah boogie generally (more so less this) must have nasty-looking sheet music. Or they've come up with their own shorthand for some things, or just leave some of the details to the imagination of the player. Great Balls of Fire is the closest to a proper boogie I ever played, and I would hate to see sheet music that actually wrote out every note. It would be the worst way to learn it.

He wrote/composed Key Engine, his Efficiency in Movement seems almost effortless for one so young I am left in awe and nice Scott Joplin connection. Boogie on Dude! This is what I see : Luca starts off the riff and his right hand goes underneath and continues the riff, his left arm is now on top. ... the next shot in much less than a second , the left arm is underneath and the right is now on top ..this happens twice during this piece . Proving , to my mind , and having watch this piece many times, unsurprisingly....... ........Luca Sastek is a cyborg.......... ... to perform that reverse arm move at that speed he must not be a human .... no human could .... I am pretty quick but this is ridiculously quick . So the question becomes this : Isn't it really amazing what science has achieved, giving Luca [ the cyborg ] such authority , speed , touch and feel ? It is so utterly believable . Whats more it is a great song I love it !! I hope Luca tours here soon .. I want to see him perform it live . I look forward to your thoughts . Regards . P.S. The "waterfalls" at 2:12 are probably from the easiest parts of this piece. I find the staccatos from 2:45 to 3:20 to be most difficult to get "clean".
