East bay is where it's at for inshore. Work a paddle tail in once in a while, might surprise you. Maps does wonders for seeing where the flats, channels, and holes on flats are. Hope you continue this venture.

Those lady fish are fun to catch, and great bait! Cut one up into chunks and fish on the bottom on the flats or around the bridges. The chunks are large enough to keep the catfish at bay but the Reds will have no issue with it.

Tyndall Bridge will be great for sheepshead in the winter

Try a mirror-lure Mirrordine. Perfectly mimics those greenies the fish are feeding on. You can cover a lot of territory with it. It’s My most productive bait fishing inshore, followed by Top-dog or Spook.

Use Google earth to plan out your trip. You can clearly see flats and their relationship to deeper water and channels.

I’m in Panama City, and I have not gone into east bay as much as I’d like. I’ve been trying to figure out west bay this year and it has been pretty difficult not gunna lie lol but my next trip is east bay.
