Delta PLEASE tell her that she’s hurting you, especially if she asks you…to tip someone 30% and they don’t know that they aren’t fully deserving of it literally let’s them know that they don’t know of any improvements that need to be made…nail technicians are supposed to be trained for safety, sterilization/sanitation, etc…and above all Customer Service. The next time she does this or anyone else for that matter literally hurts you whether if they mean it or not…say it in a way that is not embarrassing to the employee or yourself so they will know not to do it again and if need be…go lower from tipping $30. When you’re paying for a service, and being a customer, you *deserve* good service and people to be professional. As an European, I don’t get some of the stuff going over there in the US. I understand the tipping because of living wages, but here, tipping is optional and only used for exceptional service (people get paid regular and liveable salaries). And you’re 100% forbidden to smoke anything inside a car, or any closed space for that matter. So, if you need to complain, do it luv ❤ You’re paying, they’re providing you a service, not in their homes chilling. So you’re 200% right to go off.
