Today we’re going to make mozzarella cheese buns. It is very simple to make, almost no need to knead the dough. The baked bread is not only delicious, but the cheese drawing effect is very exaggerated. Mozzarella Cheese Buns for 16 small piece
✤ Dough
250g Bread Flour
10g(2tsp) Sugar
3g(1tsp) Instant Yeast
50g egg (1pc large size egg without shell)
130g(130ml) Milk
3g(1/2tsp) Salt
3g(1tsp) Garlic Powder
38g(2tbsp+2tsp) Unsalted Butter
15g Red Sweet pepper
15g Green Pepper
✤Filling
Mozzarella Cheese 160g
✤Topping
2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
14g(1tbsp) Unsalted Butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C ,Bake in the middle rack for about 11 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
💕Tips
This kneading time is relatively short, and the temperature of the dough will not heat up too much. The milk temperature can be increased to about 22°C-35°C. Use lower temperature milk in summer and warm milk in winter.
Dough with fillings should not be stored for too long. Keep the unfinished bread sealed and refrigerated. Before eating, preheat the oven to 350°C/180°C and bake in the middle layer for 7-8 minutes. The cheese in the re-heated bread still has good drawing effect.
