It had been a while since I had a Brioche, my mom and dad (who passes every day knowing that he can find some sweets for sure) reminded me! They love brioche dough and I love making it! So I prepared it just the way they like it, simple with Berries!
A very soft Cloud has come, in the video you will see it is really very greedy!
You can use both frozen berries and cooked with a little sugar, or a simple forest fruit jam!
Do it again for breakfast tomorrow, wait for the photos!

Berries jam
Apricot jam
